Weight Assessment in Pharmacy

There are multiple methods to measure patients’ weight in practice, all with a list of advantages and drawbacks. What is the most accurate measure? What is least invasive and most practical? In addition, what is the best way to approach a patient about their weight and the most appropriate language to use?
